The Signing of the Grant Contract regarding Grassroots
Grant Assistance Project for Improvement of Woman Health Clinic in Sabah

The Government of Japan has extended grant up to
US$46,146 to the project for improvement of woman health clinic for Sabah
Family Planning Association. The grant contract between the Embassy of
Japan and Sabah Family Planning Association was signed on 8th January 2016 at
Consular office of Japan in Kota kinabalu.The grant will be used for purchase of ultrasound scan machine and vehicle
which are utilized at woman health clinic of Sabah Family Planning Association.
Since 1996, under the Grassroots Grant Assistance,
the Government of Japan has extended assistance in Sabah with 35 projects
amounting to approximately RM 3.7 million in total.
