The Government of Japan extended Grant Assistance totaling approximately RM 154,000 to Sarawak Family Planning Association (SFPA) for purchase of two ultrasound scan machines for the two clinics in Kuching and Bintulu.
The items were handed over by Ms. KAKO Shiho, the Head of Consular Office of Japan to Dr. Philip Kho Thong Kwong, President of SFPA on 4th July 2023, in the presence of The Honorable Dato Sri Prof. Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier and Minister for Public Health, Housing and Local Government, and Datuk Yong Khoon Seng, Patron of SFPA.
