On 12th May, Head of the Consular Office of Japan in Kota Kinabalu Nakasuji attended the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Hospital Universiti Malaysia Sabah (HUMS) and FUJIFILM Malaysia at HUMS in Sabah.
The partnership focuses on the establishment of the Advanced Endoscopic Training Centre at HUMS, aiming at enhancing clinical expertise in gastrointestinal endoscopy, which is built upon three strategic pillars: specialized educational training, intensive hands-on workshops, and collaborative clinical research.
Following the ceremony, participants experienced the colonoscopy training equipment provided by Fujifilm Malaysia to HUMS and toured the hospital building currently under construction.
