Courtesy Call on Sabah State Secretary by Outgoing and Incoming Head of Office (March 2026)

On 9th March, Head of Consular Office of Japan in Kota Kinabalu Yamashita and Deputy Head of Office Nakasuji, Yamashita's successor, paid a courtesy call on YB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Safar Untong, Sabah State Secretary, on the occasion of leaving and assuming the post of Head of Office.
They discussed the investment of Japanese companies in Sabah and the cooperation with Sabah and Japan in various development sectors.
