Head of Office Nakasuji visited St. Marianne Girls’ Hostel

On 12th August, Head of Consular Office of Japan in Kota Kinabalu Nakasuji visited St. Marianne Girls’ Hostel, located in Tuaran District.
The Consular Office of Japan in Kota Kinabalu donated a vehicle (MPV) for the students residing in the hostel to commute to school through the Rotary Club Kota Kinabalu South under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Project (GGP) in 2024. During his visit, he confirmed the condition of the donated vehicle and received an explanation on the recent operational status of the hostel.
Also, he extended his gratitude again to the students for their performance of traditional dances in Sabah at the National Day Reception 2026 - Celebrating the 66th Birthday of His Majesty Emperor of Japan, which was held in February 2026.
